  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter, and salt to make the crumb topping.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and fill with the apple mixture.
