Delicious and easy-to-make blueberry muffins that are perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Notes
