  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 oz) box spaghetti noodles
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Remove chicken and shred it with two forks.
  5. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, drain, and add to the crockpot.
  6. Mix in shredded chicken and cheeses.
  7. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until cheeses melt.
  8. Serve hot.
