  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
