Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add vanilla and cinnamon (if using) and cook for another 30 minutes.
  4. Mash or blend for desired consistency.
  5. Let cool before transferring to jars.
