  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream.
  3. Stir in cheese, bell peppers, onions, sausage, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
