  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp key lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until set. Cool completely, then chill for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.
