- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large egg yolks
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice
- 1 tbsp key lime zest
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the dish.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until set. Cool completely, then chill for 2 hours.
