- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 4 large egg yolks
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8×8 pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes.
- Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
