Easy-to-make key lime pie bars with a buttery graham cracker crust and tangy lime filling.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8×8 pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes.
  4. Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
