  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, starting and ending with flour.
