  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms soften.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and miso paste.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
  6. Divide into bowls and top with green onions, boiled egg, and nori if desired.
