  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix butter, cream cheese, and flour to form dough.
  3. Roll into small balls and press into mini muffin tins.
  4. Beat egg, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  5. Stir in chopped pecans.
  6. Fill each crust with the pecan mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
  8. Cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature ingredients for easier mixing.
  • Chill dough for 30 minutes if too sticky to handle.
