  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
