Fluffy and protein-packed pancakes perfect for a healthy breakfast or post-workout meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  7. Serve warm with toppings of choice.

Notes

  • For thicker batter, add less milk.
  • Substitute honey with maple syrup if preferred.
