Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Rub the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
