- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, melted butter, onion, celery, garlic, parsley, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Add broth and beaten egg. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into muffin tin cups, pressing lightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
