Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the radishes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until tender and slightly golden.
