A simple gluten-free peach cobbler made in a crockpot with juicy peaches and a crumbly topping.

  • 6 cups fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Place the sliced peaches at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours, until peaches are tender and topping is golden.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
