Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Squeeze excess moisture from grated zucchini.
  3. Mix zucchini, feta, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Shape mixture into small tots and place on a baking sheet.
