Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all greens and herbs.
  2. Chop the avocado, cucumber, and herbs.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the greens, avocado, cucumber, and herbs in the dressing.
