Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Arrange arugula on a plate.
  4. Place grilled peaches and burrata on top.
