Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, parsley, chives, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  4. Remove the corn from the grill and immediately spread the herb butter over each ear while it’s still hot.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can also boil the corn instead of grilling it.
  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of chili powder to the herb butter.
  • Store any leftover herb butter in the refrigerator for up to a week.
