  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Combine honey and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
