Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix oats, pecans, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Warm maple syrup and coconut oil.
  4. Pour liquid over dry ingredients.
  5. Spread on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely.
