Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat cream and milk in a saucepan over medium heat until just simmering.
  2. Add chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
