- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 lime, juiced
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add hibiscus flowers and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved.
