A creamy and delicious keto-friendly chicken Alfredo made easily in a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Shred chicken with forks and stir in mozzarella cheese.
  5. Serve hot over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
