- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bacon
- Place chicken thighs in a freezer bag.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Seal and freeze.
- When ready to cook, thaw overnight in the fridge.
- Dump contents into the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred chicken, stir in cheddar cheese and bacon before serving.
