Easy keto crockpot freezer meals that you can prepare ahead and cook with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped bacon

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in a freezer bag.
  2. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Seal and freeze.
  4. When ready to cook, thaw overnight in the fridge.
  5. Dump contents into the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Shred chicken, stir in cheddar cheese and bacon before serving.

Notes

  • Freeze up to 3 months.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve with cauliflower rice or low-carb veggies.
