Delicious keto-friendly steak bites cooked in a crockpot with garlic butter sauce.

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place steak bites in crockpot.
  3. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  4. Pour garlic butter mixture over steak bites in crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  6. Stir halfway through cooking.
  7. Serve hot.
