- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
