- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup sugar-free grape jelly
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
