A creamy, spicy, and easy-to-make keto-friendly dish with tender chicken, jalapeños, and cheese cooked in a crockpot.

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for milder heat)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with a fork and mix well with the sauce.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon before serving (optional).
