A delicious keto-friendly version of Olive Garden’s famous chicken made easy in your crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over chicken.
  4. Add butter and chicken broth to the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Shred chicken with forks before serving.
