A low-carb, high-fat pizza casserole made easily in a crockpot. Perfect for keto diets and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-carb pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix in pizza sauce, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread half the mixture in the crockpot.
  4. Sprinkle half the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Add a layer of pepperoni.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining beef, cheese, and pepperoni.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
