- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 whole cloves
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
- Combine orange juice, grapefruit juice, and lime juice in a pitcher.
- Add honey and stir until dissolved.
- Place cinnamon stick and cloves in a small saucepan with water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Strain the spice-infused water into the citrus juice mixture.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a stronger spice flavor, steep the spices longer.
- Shake or stir before serving as layers may separate.
