  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and trim the green beans.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add green beans and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
