A rich and creamy maple walnut fudge with a smooth texture and crunchy walnuts.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, maple syrup, and salt in a saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 235°F (soft-ball stage).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and walnuts.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and let cool completely before cutting.
