A creamy and flavorful alternative to mashed potatoes, made with cauliflower and Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain well and transfer to a food processor or blender.
  3. Add butter, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of milk.
  • Use fresh cauliflower for the best texture.
  • Add roasted garlic for extra flavor.
