Delicious mini chocolate chip muffins perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
