- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
