Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with sugar, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in walnuts.
