- 2 cups lentils
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
