- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup napa cabbage, chopped
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
