1 tbsp active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup softened butter (for filling)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Roll the dough into a rectangle.
Spread softened butter over the dough.
Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and diced peaches evenly.
