Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh peach slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix gelatin with water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat peach juice and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add bloomed gelatin to the warm peach juice and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in lemon juice.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a serving dish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with fresh peach slices before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for better flavor.
  • Adjust sugar based on sweetness of the peach juice.
