- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans evenly.
- Roll dough tightly into a log and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool and serve.
