Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint bark
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in vanilla and heavy cream.
  5. Fold in crushed peppermint bark.
  6. Pour mixture over crust. Bake for 50 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before serving.
