A refreshing pineapple smoothie made with fresh pineapple and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple chunks, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen pineapple for a thicker texture.
