  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken, cook until browned.
  5. Pour in teriyaki and soy sauce, stir well.
  6. Add pineapple chunks, simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. If using cornstarch, mix with water and add to thicken.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve.
