  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Dissolve baking soda in milk and add to pumpkin mixture.
  5. Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
