Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
