Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
