  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cups mashed pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook onions, carrots, and garlic until soft.
